I might get some flack for this but I miss romcom Matthew McConaughey. I liked all those cheesy romcoms he was in.

I do not Like the cheating trope in ANYTHING plus Matthew is not cute enough to be in a rom-com

It had cute moments but honestly I was kind of bored and by the end of it I didn’t want her with Matthew (idk the characters name) I wanted her with the other guy 😭 he was so sweet (shittest fake accent tho omg 😭)

Watched this one more times than I’d like to admit

This movie was very romantic and cute. I didn’t like some of the plot but it was mostly good. And I love Matthew McConaughey.

Everyone was a top notch character except for the scummy cheating fiancé Steve. Steve should have said he was engaged from the beginning. I felt bad for Mary because she just dreamed about a sweet romance with a single guy but keeps getting tricked.

Too forced

I swear I think I'll never find a decent "romance" film that isn't insanely inflated with cheating, and shoves it right in your face too. Ridiculous.
How can anyone like this or find it cute!!!😭 god have mercy on yall's partners fr.

4/5 hea cast, armas 2000’s roma-com

good but not great. fast paced and entertaining, good humor. and i love j lo’s character. though the movies first half was much better than the second imo. and i don’t think j lo and mcconaughey’s chemistry was great, i wasn’t rooting for them as much as i should have.

So not a fan of a cheating plot line at all but Matthew McConaughey is actively one of the most charismatic and attractive men to me right next to Jason Bateman so I’ll watch and probably love just about anything he is in
