idrk how i feel about it. it's a bit boring and the deaths didn't really hit as hard as i thought they would. im glad ive watched it, but i wouldn't watch it again

Still remember how I felt when I watched this movie. The kind of movie that make you think about it for a while. Really good adaptation of the book. Atmosphere really well translated.

I was confused about the ending for awhile, the book made a little bit more sense so i just recommend that

It was sad seeing them not live their teenage life. I looked up a lot of questions about it during watching. I like the idea of teenage girl adolescence but it was sad how it was taken from them

one of those must see classics tw for sure but it was a really good movie

My favorite movie ever.

the Lisbon girls and their isolation rings clearly. Sofia Coppola perfectly executes the day dreaminess and dark side of girlhood. For one reason or another I’m sure anyone could find a way to relate to crushing loneliness of the Lisbon girls.

Not a big fan of this. It’s watchable, but slow & boring. It only picks up at the end when it’s basically over. Google if you don’t understand it

fascinating how men will never understand women because they’re too busy idolizing them

Kind of ruined by the fact it’s from the perspective of the guys, it maybe would’ve been better from the girls perspective instead. Also a bit boring at some times. Didn’t live up to the hype.
