not sure how much of it is historically accurate and it was kind of all over the place however andra’s performance was incredible and the supporting cast just as much. beautiful soundtrack and vocals. loved some of the cinematography and costume designs.

This movie was as honest as they come. It is hard to portray the very complicated life of Billie Holiday in just a few hours, but they pulled it off. The struggles, the defiance, the broken humanness, the brutal authenticity; it’s all there. 10/10
