Woah.

I didn’t even know what to expect when going into this film and I was surprised in a very good way.

The vibes and the atmosphere of the whole film were something I enjoyed very much.

What I enjoyed the most was the whole thought process of Leland and his point of view because I felt like I could relate to some parts of him and his thoughts and emotions.

The film was just the perfect length and I felt like it told the story pretty well while also leaving something for the viewers imagination to tie up the loose ends yourself.

Ryan’s acting is so great in this film and I absolutely loved how he played Leland’s character so well and made it all seem very real.

Overall a great film with great actors and a story more on the sadder side.

ryan gosling keeps giving me good ass movies

The best thing about this are the performances. With better writing and directing it could’ve been much better but comes off more like a tv movie with undeveloped subplots and characters, rambling dialogue and sloppy editing. I just couldn’t connect with any of the characters.

I loved watching the insights of Leland’s mind, his motives and thoughts and everything surrounding it, however even though I feel like the movie wants it to, it does not justify anything that he’s done.

This was an interesting film it was good but didn’t fully grib me. Tho Ryan Gosling was the stand out and gave an incredible performance

It has its moments, but this film is so badly written and horribly edited. Don Cheadle is great but this film is just a mixed bag
