The Truth About Jussie Smollett was incredibly disappointing. I went into it hoping for a clear, detailed look at the case and came out with more questions than answers.

Instead of helping make sense of the conflicting stories and evidence, the documentary felt unfocused and never seemed to reach a satisfying conclusion. There were plenty of opportunities to dig deeper into the unanswered questions, but I felt like it barely scratched the surface.

For a documentary with “The Truth” in the title, I expected a lot more clarity. Instead, I finished it confused, frustrated, and wondering what exactly I was supposed to take away from it. Terrible documentary about a case that deserved a much better examination.

Literally have no further information and felt very disjointed the entire time!

I have more questions now than I did before. 😕 I spent the entire documentary flip-flopping on my opinion. Frustrating!

So... yeah. They gave us both sides od the story. And that’s all. So we still know basically nothing about what is or isn’t true. So confusing.

i like how it really showed both sides of the story.
but oh man it was a frustrating watch. cases like this are always so infuriating when they can’t get their facts right or hide them

This was such a frustrating documentary to watch. I feel like nothing was solidified, and there was no truth given in this documentary. They give both sides of the story, which is the exact same information we had before and people are still going to feel how they feel you’re going to leave. Frustrated and feel like your time was wasted.
