The Power of the Dog

It’s brings a very good view of toxic masculinity and hiding your true self. Benedict Cumberbatch does an outstanding job portraying a closeted man while trying to stay on top. Truly loved this film & respect to its director.

Tedious slow burn with very little payoff

Slow but intriguing drama that had a quite interesting and not as usual western story in anyway.

Die Hintergründe, die man aus diesem Film gewinnen kann, sind sicherlich wertvoll.
Aber fehlt für den eigentlichen Film einfach der komplette Handlungsstrang. Alles ist super random.
Filmisch, musikalisch top.
Aber wirklich keinen Wert zum erneut gucken.
