The Persian Version Reviews

I didn’t really know what to expect with this movie but I really enjoyed it. It had really good storytelling! I recommend this movie!

Nah

Creative story telling of a mother and daughter’s relationship that they are trying to repair but life keeps happening. Enjoyed this quite a bit.

Amazing. Cried. So good.

i really liked it… until the end. it was like they realized suddenly they were out of time and said “oh okay let’s wrap this up in 60 seconds or less” annnnnd *bam* roll credits. a whole lot of slow paced build up for a fast and meh finale.

such a powerful, human story.

7.5/10
The story was really good, but it kept bouncing around too much. Once I was fully locked into Shireen’s backstory, it went somewhere else. I thought the acting was great, especially from Layla Mohammadi and Niousha Noor. They really brought home the final scene
