It’s not something I’d watch again. First hour is setting up boring basic characters and after is pure chaos. Good enough for a single watch and some research into the story, not much else. If you like cosmic/body horror/experimental films, this is for you

An absolute mess. You can’t be scared when you have no clue what’s going on.

I was kinda disappointed tho that the climax in the movie was too soon

Spent an hour with 4 goobers in the desert, random singing, strobe lights, and helicopter samples and bangs only for me to find out there was another hour left where 90% of it was a black screen with screaming and random flashes of images through the barrel of light

Don’t waste your time

You can completely skip cards 1 and 2 and still know about as much as I did when I finished the movie

Super jerky filming, weird plot and one of those endings… let’s just that.

my god those first 2 cards are boring as hell, not to mention this is probably hands down the WORST SHOT found footage horror movie of all time, the last 30 min is just black screens and a white circle amidst an otherwise incomprehensible mess of other shit

Okay- they had the making of a good movie and I don’t know what happened. The first hour was boring AF! I didn’t need all that character development. Then when all the heck broke lose it was so hard to follow. I did start to pay attention when the cut cut his package off- 🤷‍♀️

This movie takes way too long to get started and once it gets going you have no clue what’s going on. Skip it.

Pretentious, listless, pointless.

Acting is okay, plot is very vague, mc’s brother is distractingly hot, half of the movie is just a flashlight thrashing around in the dark, a great reminder of why I hate the found footage genre

I was physically angry by the end of the movie that I wasted my time watching it lol nothing by black most of the time

#theoutwaters was next up and had more of a feel of a college students indie film then it did a theatrical release, ….. more of a bad trip then a good movie and dragged on ….. I love me some found footage but this one wasn’t my fav 37/100 👓👓👓 #dangerzoneatthemovies

Lost interest early on.

I have no words I don’t even know what happened. A complete waste of time. It’s not even scary it’s just confusing. 90% of the movie was in the dark

so i had a hard time understanding what was happening but i guess it was just portals to hell, time loops, etc but it honestly wasn't worth watching would've been way better as a short film

The only thing I could do was give this a “meh” because I genuinely don’t know how to feel about it.

(A very generous) 3.6 - I was kinda with this…until I wasn’t. The last hour was an incomprehensible mess. There’s probably a good movie buried in here somewhere but it needs to be cut by 30-40 minutes to find it.
