The Other Guys

Easily one of my favorite comedies of all time. @domlauricella “Aim for the bushes?”

Adam Mckay is so underrated in his messaging, the end credit information was gut wrenching. Shooting the morals in between so much comedy, and driving some of the smartest allegories harder than red Prius through traffic. I knew the average viewer would find most of this confusing when Mark said, "It represents our shattered sense of community in the face of capitalist-driven isolation.". I only point it out because I had no idea on my first watch. Love the casting, the confusing story, the music, the action and jokes. The only cons I got are pacing and runtime. Otherwise, the other guys was miles ahed of its time, they literally crash into trump tower.

it's a good film, very funny, but it was really confusing. i wasn't paying full attention but i was paying enough attention that it should've been understandable

Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell was a combo I did not see coming, but loved so much! This was hilariously stupid! Overall: 8.5/10
