The Man from Nowhere Reviews

A tale of revenge that is told in quite the sentimental way. This revenge story has more heart than you would expect. A protagonist who can give a simple stair and it speaks volumes. You can see how this was the inspiration for John Wick.

Was not at all a fan of the camerawork but other than that this movie was near perfect. First twenty minutes alone were perfect

Unreal movie, so much action and messed up violence that’s entertaining yet has you emotionally attached the entire time, very good

Good

Korean John Wick

Was confused for a lot of it but it was probably my fault. Got pretty good when I understood what was going on. Feel like I need to rewatch it.

A beautiful message in such a brutal movie. It’s very gritty, brutal, violent, & at times disturbing. But there is a lot of emotion & heart building up at the center of it all. It doesn’t matter how many times I rewatch it, it's just pure masterpiece! R.I.P to Kim Sae-ron.

5/10

8.0~

eh

5/10

Just like the previous film I just watched, which is derivative from John Wick, this right here was even before that. The fight choreography is damn good here, especially that knife fight. I was going to give this 4/5 stars, but the little girl gives him a Yu-Gi-Oh card, so it instantly jumps to 4.5.

it was so good

6/10

Leon the Professional meets John Wick, pre-John Wick. This Korean action drama also has scenes that directly influenced The Equalizer and Mission Impossible Fallout. It also features one of the best recent memory knife fights.

Such a good storyline 🥺❤️

“Let me hug you just this once…” 😢
