I wrote a 10 page essay on this film in which I explored its mise-en-scene, productions behind-the-scenes, and it’s derived story and deeper themes. I had to have watched this movie through at least 10 times in a week. I think I’m obligated to rank it higher because of this fact.

Yeah people who say that they “like” or “love” this movie want to come off like they’re some film connoisseur. You’re not. And it wasn’t a good movie

This movie is visually stunning, and the cast and acting is amazing, but it is the slowest movie I’ve ever seen. And i didn’t really get the story.

It’s the perfect film school movie as nothing makes sense unless you take a deep dive, the acting is amazing from both Robert and Will making it very rewatch able. However this is one of the few I can name as not for everyone, it’s a great watch just not an enjoyable one. 8.5/10

Amazing cinematography/lighting honestly it should've won the Oscar over "1917".
Loved the soundtrack too kinda reminded me of The Lobester but 10 times better.
Also someone pls tell me where is Willem's Oscar 🙄.
And thank god Robert explained the movie in the interviews.

It was confusing and pretty bizarre at times, But actually quite meaningful especially toward the end.
the acting is amazing (WOW) and the whole creepy vibe makes it dang good and solid movie to watch.

absolutely loved how well written the dialogue was, but i can’t lie & say i overall liked this, I like that it’s basically about how disgusting men are& will become when left to isolation & i will say this really did leave me filled with disgust & fear which i think is the point

3/10 - A few good moments here and there but mostly bad overall. Honestly pretty boring with some quirky/strange moments sprinkled in.
