The Last Showgirl

Wanted to like it more than I did, but I still think it was good. Pamela Anderson and Jamie Lee Curtis were amazing, the cinematography was gorgeous, and the score was amazing. But, it was just lacking in storytelling.

There’s so much in this film that makes me want to love it so much but I just needed a little more story. The performances were so good and I loved the direction it was taking us in. Much more attentive to aesthetics and atmosphere. The good outweighs the bad for me.

I liked Pamela’s acting but my bf found the table dancing scene a tad weird.
