This movie took forever to get going. In fact, it didn’t get interesting until the last 15 minutes. Also, the film had terrible lighting.

i wasn’t really impressed at the beginning and it started off really slow but it surprised me with some of the twists and turns, it wasn’t bad
not the most original or most life changing movie ever but it was alright, eden was a baddie lowkey

Great film! Was the plot twist predictable? absolutely. Did I still enjoyed it? Obviously. I've never wanted to punch characters in a movie so much. Looking at it from the point of view of a bitch I would say they deserved it since they didn't listen to the poor man. IDIOTSSS

Confusing at times. Very boring and slow moving. Not terrible. The psychological elements were the best part of the movie.

Honestly… just a bit dull. You knew what was gonna happen, which is ok if they execute it well. Just felt like they were going through the motions of what they think a thriller movie should be like.

The Invitation is a tense and uncomfortable film, but being grounded in our main character’s perspective gives us a stake in each awkward event that unfolds. It is a vivid exploration of grief with a conclusion satisfying enough to justify the discomfort.

Do not waste your time with this movie. Nothing happens till the last like 15 or so minutes and it’s completely predictable.

Dark twisted and full of WTF moments

there's a twist to it and though you will wonder what weird thing is going on throughout the movie, it is still exciting and shocking and creepy

I liked the beginning to the middle but from the middle to the ending it was kinda … meh.

one of the best independent films of the 2010s. the twist at the very last scene is still blowing my mind minutes after the movie ended. amazing movie 9/10

Go in knowing nothing for this one! The dread piles up and up and sticks a perfect landing after a tense climax.

Not heavy on the gore or scares, as it tilts more towards disturbing thriller. Might make you hesitate before accepting your next dinner invite.

rlly enjoyed this. the twists were pretty solid. the dialogue and cast were solid . acting was good. eden was bad asf. movie was def worth the time.

Weird movie

É interessante, mas achei um pouco lento. Gostei da forma como o diretor foi dando as peças até que tivéssemos formado a história do que aconteceu.
