They had NO right to kill Finnick and Prim like I know a film series this big has to have some deaths but my heart😭😭💔 At least Haymitch is alive and Katniss and Peeta lived happy though I wish we saw more of Gale sigh. This was amazingly done and I’d rewatch this sm more times-

Ok what an ending to a series! Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson did an incredible job through the series but this one especially. That final scene too, such a sweet ending for the people that deserve it most

honestly the ending didn’t sit right w me. it felt like she went through so much and for what? and we don’t see much that’s happened in the capitol. everything was surrounding her and peeta. also the series was unnecessarily long. i felt like it could’ve been done in 2-3 movies.

i liked when katniss killed coin instead of snow. i liked finnick, gale, and mostly haymitch. someone who doesn’t care but is forced to be involved based on past experience. i hate peeta’s character and i hate katniss’s decision to choose peeta over gale. besides that, it was ok.

So many people are saying well where’s the romance? YOUR MISSING THE WHOLE POINT. I think these movies were fantastic and really showed how cruel and injust the capital is. Cried a lot but seeing Katniss kill Coin and get her happy ending made me feel better. RIP Finnick & Prim.

4/10 this movie ending was done so wrong that it makes me mad even thinking about it. I never liked peeta and the fact that katniss stayed on him throughout all 4 movies just really makes my blood boil. I don’t have words to express how much I hate the ending to this franchise

I almost lost the plot, and then the film lost it for me, repetitively, especially toward the end. It's a fine continuation from part one, but as a conclusion, it feels half-arsed. It's pointless conversation, shocking spectacle, then another buildup for a formulaic repeat. The budget and talent for both these films have been very present, although the writing for some of these characters and scenarios has dwindled beyond bearable. All in all, I'd call myself more of a casual viewer, as these films don't surpass one viewing, although I do see why there's such a strong fanbase.
