The Home
Like most people, I watched this for Pete Davidson, and to keep this short, unlike the 9-hour runtime, "The Home" should have stayed home. The engagement level and story are weak and poorly told. The performances are unintentionally comedic. The horror is cringe-worthy. The camerawork and editing don't feel structured. The dialogue is stiff, and the non-existent tension relies on clichés. It feels like one long drawn-out SNL sketch. At least he's guaranteed that Dubai bag?

Became a hilarious tubi-esque movie in the end. Not necessarily scary

Blew my mind. I never thought Pete Davidson had the chops to pull off a horror movie. But by god he proved me wrong. This was fabulous

There’s a story somewhere in here but directing, pacing and editing were so sloppy, script was bad and score horrible that it got lost in the backseat. Poor Davidson, who I like as an actor, ends up as a casualty. There’s no urgency or creepiness and the end is strangely comedic.

8/10. Great storyline. Acting is great. Ending is great. Kept me on the edge of my seat. Not many jump scares but I was trying to figure out what was gonna happen the whole movie and I never got it right. I would have never guessed the ending

i really liked it. old people being creepy as fuck always scares me. really good plot twist (lil confusing but good) the end was mental & completely switched up the vibe of the movie😭 but kinda valid. its well made, sometimes the acting was a lil far fetched but its a good movie
