The Hitcher

Be honest, you’re a fan of The Outsiders/C. Thomas Howell. So am I, which is how I stumbled upon this movie and I’m not mad about it. I thought it was interesting and clever. I watched this when I was terrified of horror movies and this movie kept me on edge (and it still does).

Watched half an hour, Cant watch anymore or I’d throw my couch through my TV.
I’ve never raged so much at a retarded character. The main kid is the biggest mouth breathing retard ive ever seen.
He literally does everything he can to get killed. Holy shit.

A bit of a forgotten classic and still very much stands up. teo excellent performances, the trauma is believable on both ends, and it's also shot to maximise tension but its also pretty in its own, baron way.

John Ryder has to have a luck multiplier or something. You know being able to chase down Jim and all.
