Very disturbing but knowing it was based on true events it well done

I didn’t actually like like it. I mean the movie was “good” but it was like super unsettling and messed up and the fact it was based off a true story? like my jaw was open the whole time. It’s very messed up and sad. If you want to watch it go ahead but read the warnings.

It was just super uncomfortable to watch, there was no structure and it sounds like a script that hasn’t been shared around to other people

my heart really was crushed while watching it, and even if the acting wasn't on point, the story, whether it was real or not, is heartbreaking.

Knowing this nightmare is rooted in the real-life tragedy of Sylvia Likens makes it entirely unforgettable. 🥀 The 1950s suburban backdrop perfectly masks the absolute evil unfolding behind closed doors. It is raw, incredibly heavy, and deeply impactful. ⚖️🛑
