A convoluted premise to drive the plot forward. Can’t say I liked how pushy Guy was being when Mimi clearly told him to leave her alone. Like, that wouldn’t have been cute even in 1938 😒 Like he actively stalked her and almost ran her off the road. Not cute. I’ve seen better.
