Its hard not to get turned on the entire movie. Sannoh teamplay is awesome but ryota as point guard;;;;;;; and mitsui has a fucking swish 3-pointers every. Single. Shot. Rukawa!!!!! Fucking passes!!!!!! The ENDING????? FUCK!!!!!!! FUCKKK!!!!!!! LEGENDARY MATCH. PEAK SPORTS ANIME.

This was a cool movie. I liked the characters and I thought the story was pretty good. The mix between 2D and 3D animation didn’t bother me at all surprisingly. Fun watch but it’s a little long

Not what I expected. I read the manga first, so I noticed in the movie a lot of the game and hype moments were cut out and the first half of the game was nonexistent. Also, they made Ryota the main character??? Emotional story, but it’s not Slam Dunk. Beautiful animation. 5.5/10

Had to get used to the animation style and the fact it was from Miyagi’s POV. But I enjoyed it well! Left a lot out from the manga that was important in this match, but it was a different POV. They did do the characters justice in the end when they all went off

A gorgeously animated movie with an engaging story. Obviously heavily inspired by the 90s bulls Jordan team this is a treat for basketball fans as well as fans of foreign animation. Strap in and climb aboard a fun ride.

Guess it’s nostalgia, cause I loved seeing all these characters back again. The emotional touch to the story and excitement of the match really blended well together too

this movie was amazing, i finished the series i think in july but the movie wasn’t on any streaming services so i jumped on this asap and it did NOT disappoint. 9/10

it has great animation, characters and it keeps you on the edge. it's soo good

it's good basketball anime, nothing too hyped but still good, and realistic plays

10/10 This was so good. I really wish there would have been more, or if it could have been a series since they skipped a few things but the movie was great. The use of cgi was perfect and looked really well done. I really liked how they emphasized the story of Ryota and his family. I wish I would have been able to see this in theaters.

Great animation done to bring Slam Dunk back to life. I haven’t finished the series but this was a good reminder to pick it back up. Was pretty dope to get Riyotas point of view.
