this movie is sooo cuntyyyy i saw it so many times when i was younger but could barely remember anything other than the diva alien lady but it all came back to me as soon as i started watching lmaooo

The fifth element and the five senses. Sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch. The overload was beautiful. The visuals were breathtaking, the soundtrack was roasting, and the acting was boasting. I mean, Bruce, Milla, Chris, and Gary acted themselves into production. They became set peices. Talking of set pieces, the design and production quality was bewildindering. Tied up together with some hidden eastereggs and a heartwarming story. I stopped caring for the plot holes as soon as I realised how good the quick-witted comedy was. Not only comedy but horror, romance, thrill, action, and sci-fi.

I thought this might be retro-cool but it was way too corny to finish

is the plot amazing in this film?? not really but idgaf because this is the most camp movie i’ve ever laid my eyes on. the comedy, the fashion, world building is my mcdonald’s happy meal. the nostalgia this movie gives me is INSANE and i will defend this movie with my life

i had so much fun, there’s so much personality in the characters and world-building, all the costumes and creatures were a blast
i enjoyed the story as well, leeloo and rudy rhod are the goats LMAO
easy to watch and immerse into

Little wacky and wonky, I think that’s a decent description. Tried to watch this as I fell asleep and ended up just staying awake because I didn’t know really what I was looking at

Too many baddies on my plate i love it

This got so weird, but still entertaining. Visually quite nice. Gay guy was really weird, but I guess also entertaining. Action scenes were solid—not special, solid. Bad guy was great. Very fun for most of it, even though it’s ridiculous and weird

Crazy fun movie that’s main problem is coming out to early. Effects were probably state of the art at the time but now look a bit campy. However this movie is still great with a fun story and good action. The comedy was woven into the plot very well. All these characters are unique and add to the story in their own way. Leeloo is a badass and Ruby Rhod was great. An entertaining watch with a good cast and funny moments. Only wish there was more romance between our contest winners.

oh my god it was such a good movie, i would not say it will be my favourite movie in the bessons works, but it has its place. and the idea of that luc already planned whole universe and scenario for more than 20 years… crazy
