What in the Tyler Perry? To start a movie with cringy 'sexual' shots and borderline offensive 'jokes' is brave. The script falls and keeps falling so I switched it off 20 or so minutes in. Glenn Close going full white girl yardie is something I'd never have thought to have seen. I understand it's 'acting' but anyone else would have worked better. Netflix originals really are a different breed of original and I'm getting tired of it like how "I'm tired of being broke". Netflix, stick to making parodies, you're so great at it.

I really love Lee Daniels and Tyler Perry for making the same quality content for the past twenty years… These movies and shows will be terrible every time but I will always tune in

6/10…would’ve got 10s across the board if they tossed Dre off the bridge at the end. He was an attention seeking loser that damn near got the whole family killed because he wanted an friend so bad he started fiddling with holes in the ground 🙄 Mo’Nique served per usual tho

One of the worst movies I’ve ever seen

This is such a bad movie. The writing is bad. The story is bad. It’s honestly really disappointing. It also made me super uncomfortable to watch and not in a good way.

The movie was interesting and was great at grabbing my attention in the first half, but then it went down hill. Didn’t really like the concept of it all, and overall just didn’t end off well. 5/10 movie

Scary at times, funny at times, wack asf overall

I really enjoyed this and I’m glad I watched it. Really interesting characters and family dynamic. Crazy how it was based on a true story. I thought this was really good. Great acting with a good story. I recommend this.

Should have been a shorter movie. It is inspired by the Ammons story, but they changed an awful lot imo. The exorcism portrayed in this movie is just silly.
I loved the vibe between Andra and Glenn.

Not bad. Some cheesy parts but the family background was the scariest aspect as it was very relatable.

85/100 solid. But bad guy gave up a softball for the easy win for the family… waaay too easy

Definitely a slow burn but so good. It’s one of those horror movies that’s more about the story than it is about scaring you, but it’s really well done!

I am not big into scary movies, but my husband wanted to watch this. It definitely gave scary paranormal vices for sure! I liked the cast a lot. This movie was also based on true events and there is a documentary that does into what lead to this movie on Tubi.
