The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie Reviews

I think most of our childhoods were blessed with Looney Tunes, so nostalgia is a guarantee, especially with the animation style and humour. I hope they never stop making these, and I look forward to seeing every single one. I miss seeing all the original characters, but only putting in 3 or 4 makes for a perfect teaser for other upcoming films. I love how plot points and gags change depending on maturity. It's enjoyable for any age, although chaotic and a little jumbled, but that's expected.

100% need more Looney Tunes movies with this amazing animation

This felt nostalgic and simultaneously new and fresh. It had its funny moments for sure. Can’t see this disappointing anyone.

I love seeing the return of 2D cartoons & Looney Tunes! Super funny, had me laughing. So random to see a full feature length LT movie like this, especially in theatres these days! Made some really clever & unique choices throughout. Only qualm is the 3rd quarter dragged on a bit.

Even after a few hours, It still baffles me that David Sazlav wanted to use this as a tax write off. Ketchup entertainment knew the potential that this movie could bring to the table. As a individual who has been watching looney tunes his entire life, seeing this was a absolute delight. Every moment surprisingly brought twists that I was not only not expecting but also laughing my head off too. I hope that more films like this come out in the future. We not only need more 2D Animation in this industry but we also need more family friendly content for all to enjoy

Looney

This started off pretty good, and it gave me a few laughs. Towards the end it started to drag and the “twist” was more annoying than anything. I only hope that Coyote vs. Acme has a better story than this one did.

Good animation but idk… it held no sustenance and I just found the whole love interest thing annoying.

This was very unique and I actually liked it. The animation style is very nostalgic. The story isn’t the best but it’s still wacky and fun. The characters are good and the jokes really are up to date. Of course there are plot holes but they aren’t major.

As a long time loony tunes fan, this 2025 film was great. It kept the classic fun and wackiness, but with a modernity that felt appropriate for the times. I recommend it. I hope this continues. 7/10
