The Cloverfield Paradox
I actually enjoyed this one quite a bit, but the plot holes had me questioning EVERYTHING 😭 It wasn’t bad, but it definitely wasn’t good either. Honestly, the franchise would’ve been way better if all 3 movies were standalones. Worst franchise I’ve watched. 5/10

First half was interesting, second half a bit slower and boring with a weird finale. I'd say mid, 6.5/10

reaallllyyyy good and trippy
didn’t know it was a prequel to the first cloverfield until my husband told me after i finished it and it makes so much sense.
they opened a portal for the aliens with the shepherd and that’s why the aliens were on earth in the first one

A good sci-fi movie, not the best but is great btw, I get traumatized at the end 👍

my least favorite of the triligy tbh. predictable and wanted more monsters vs nature

“Jumped the shark”? Na, from now on it should be “got a clue from the arm”. One of those movies where the logic crumbles when you think about it.

The end of the movie is the coolest part so I wish we had gotten more of that, but I still enjoyed it more than I thought I would

This movie just barely makes “meh” for me. The premise is very interesting and I really like seeing Gugu Mbatha-Raw act, but the execution was almost disappointing. The way they used the parallel dimension concept fell flat for the most part and the ending did not deliver.
