An A+ cast for late 70s/early 80s. A cinematic pop culture phenomenon, but it doesn’t necessarily translate to newer generations. This is a movie for the Boomer generation. It could use a full reboot with today’s crop of talent.

Fun movie with the cool Burt Reynolds.
The movie in part has a lot of familiarity with Smokey and the bandit but still feels like a different movie. Also the supporting cast was just made by familiar faces like Roger Moore, Jackie Chan and the late Peter Fonda.

Funny to see Roger Moore and Jackie Chan playing themselves.
