definitely a ‘style over substance’ movie, which sofia coppola is mostly known for and something i usually don’t mind. and while this movie is beautifully shot, it wasn’t enough for me to be fully invested (exception: the last minutes). overall a pretty okay movie.

Just imagine an injured woman in a house full of men🎀 this was a great movie and really worth watching. It was way more interesting than I thought it would be but not because it was filled with action. It was simple and capturing in a way, and I would actually recommend this.

This was very hard for me to watch. All their behaviour is indeed natural but I don’t know why I found myself cringing so much. Pausing a lot like when you stop reading  when a character does something daring or embarrassing when I’m reading a wattpad book.

Did I enjoy this movie not really. Was the cinematography beautiful yes. Was there talented actors Nicole Kidman, Elle Fanning, Kirsten Durst and Colin Farrell yes but the acting in this film just wasn’t it. The movie was just missing something.

Top-tier cinematography for me, which seems to be an element Sofia masters in almost all of her work.
I gotta say though I wasn't very fond of the plot unlike everything else, kind of ruined it for me.

Sofia Coppola never disappoints.
