Can’t believe this wasn’t even nominated for an Oscar since it’s what damn near every southern gothic Oscar nominee wants to be.

Great performances from everyone involved. We all know an elderly person who refuses to accept their world is changing, and won't always benefit them. This movie portrays that dynamic between two generations perfectly.
