Started out amazing. Loved the incorporation video game jokes and some fun animation effects overlaid over the real world. The middle devolves into a Russian policy caper that slows down, but it does stick the ending to ensure this is a good watch—and informative too.

Video games + entrepreneurship + 8 bit animations/audio is a dream combo for me. Beginning is awesome and there’s a bit of a lull in the middle (hence a like and not a love) and finished really strong. Strong rec for my fellow gamers 🕹️👾🎮

Taron Egerton is such an underrated actor, expected a light hearted movie about an old video game but got a lesson on the Soviet regime. Really enjoyed the video game graphics throughout👾

The film keeps you on edge throughout. The animated sequences are nice. The mood of the Soviet era is captured very well, and the sets and filming architecture are authentic and recognizable. I highly recommend it.

A very business orientated movie, not complaining

Taron does a great job on this role and the movie is captivating and well worth the time.
