Tales from Earthsea

Beautiful movie with a message just as good, but the plot was unclear and hard to follow. I found myself dozing off at the serene landscape as well as the absence of substance to the story 😭Despite this, I did enjoy the movie. Recommend if you can enjoy slow paced movies.

truly a gorgeous movie. the dragons especially were beautiful, my only complaint is i wish we got to see them more. it is slower paced, which i don’t mind. can’t say it’s my favorite ghibli film, but not as horrible as others said.

I think it was pretty good!! I understood it (for the most part) even though typically I don’t grasp Folklore or ‘morals of the story’ that well. As always I love the relationship between Arren and Therru.
