Suspiria Reviews

Yeah Idc what yall say this was genuinely awful. Watched the Italian version and a glimpse of the english one, still not sure which one is the original (hopefully Italian).
Liked the cinematography/lighting and the set designs, but that's pretty much about it. Overrated asf!!!

4.5 - one of the few movies with incredible ratings that I just don’t get the hype. The vibes are cool. The colors & lighting are crazy. The score is killer & drives the whole movie. But the acting is atrocious. The writing is contrived & horror was absurd (& minimal). Wild.

mi piacciono molto i colori di questo film, trama ottima ma non mi ha presa al 100%

Comfort Movie

suspense is built really well, but some of the music in the scenes were very out of place. Jessica Harper is so fine

wonderfully freaky and weird but everything about it feels intentional, especially due to the use of eerie music, diverse camerawork and vibrant lighting that so perfectly transport you into the film’s world, i loved the feeling of mystery that lingers with you til the end

This movie lives up to the hype. The lighting and sound scapes for sure stand head and shoulders above other horror films from the same era.

Quite satisfied

Not bad at all, it’s older so I guess it’s a little cheesey but really not bad

incredibly beautiful and kept me enraptured the entire time. after watching, some things didn’t make sense, but i still enjoyed it. 9/10.

Liked the atmosphere, the colors when it was dark and of course the soundtrack..

“A coven deprived of its leader is like a headless cobra: Harmless.”

The color grading, and cinematography are absolutely stunning. The sounds gets strange and almost irritating at times, but that’s exactly what makes the film feel so unsettling to me.

I definitely enjoyed the remake more but there still a lot of cool stuff in this one

Obviously this is an old movie, don’t expect to be spooked out of your pants. The story line is pretty interesting though and I definitely see the appeal.

don’t know how to feel about this. i do know i’m not impressed though

i loved the visuals but everything else was kind of lacking for me :(

adored

É confuso e legal. Definitivamente um filme "cult"

beautiful visuals and music but it's meh

Loved the set and the lighting, very visually beautiful. Plot could have been more developed and characters were forgettable
