Honestly save yourself from watching it

I was looking to more romance scenes but it had some good parts some I was like it’s a freaking cult

It’s marketed as a romance movie but it was more an artsy farsty movie with romance sprinkled in. Kent was absolutely amazing. But the falling in love happened in between scenes. It also ended without us knowing if she chose to be religious or not. And that seemed like point…

6.2/10 I think the American studying at Oxford plot is so overplayed that I had a hard time buying in to this, but the movie wasn’t horrible my any means. I also think this was less rom than I thought it would be because it was based on a true story

didn’t expect it to be about religion? was good however dragged. i wanted more romance. and they didn’t show god/christianity enough, more so explored the concept of a god, or divinity. interesting story, i love that c.s. lewis provoked her enough to explore faith- yay true story

Ok surprisingly good 7/10

It was cute and the acting was actually pretty good, the chemistry of the two mains was really good. Loved it even more when I found out it’s based on a true story.

Alright movie. Typical girl is mean and rude to boy and everyone else then realizes he’s not what she thought. Nothing really new.
