Cant say it holds up too well. Christopher Reeves is a good superman tho

I thought it was Tom welling, but maybe it’s just Superman that does it for me.

This is the Superman from my childhood. There was also the Super Friends, but a movie feels real. Big fan, there have been great Supermen to follow but Christopher Reeves looked the part back where hero’s were on cartoons and tv.

I’ve seen the Donner cut and it closes some holes for me, watch if you haven’t. Lois Lane is more observant. I won’t ruin it.

Superman is about hope, about the sometimes nieve way we can see the world more beautiful than it may be and justice as in the baddies get their comeuppance more readily than it is in the grown up world of real life. Hope.

Great cast and Superman. It’s a great story. Give it a watch if you have the time, I’m sure most people would like it.
