Snack Shack

Honestly, if it wasn't for the slow plot and the ages not making any sense what so ever I would have loved this. The story was heartwarming, heartbreaking, funny, and relatable all at the same time. The soundtrack was headboppingly perfect. It made me cry and headbop, sometimes at the same time. The characters were played brilliantly by the actors, but the ages they were given took me out so many times. I loved the morals and portayal of family, friendship, relationships, and just life overall. The first time experiences and the last time experiences all for different reasons.

10/10. It may not be the best movie of the
Year. But it very easily could be my favorite.

One of the best teenager movies I’ve seen.
Well written, amazing dialogue and scenes, and it really does a great job in taking you back to the good old days. Hats off the the directors and the actors for making a great movie.

Funny little movie not really well written but nit bad. But this movie kinda lavks a real idea of what the storyline is supposed to look like.

Great 90s vibe, felt like a movie I would've liked 25 years ago, so I loved it!

In the beginning I thought what is this movie.. It was just all over the place, after 15min in, I got the clue and it was amazing.

Plot:
AJ & Moose are two best friends with a dream of making money, so they start with making beers, gambling and later with their own snack bar at the pool. Little did they know it was going to be a great success.

Along the way we meet Broke, a neighbor of AJ, who shows interest in him. But when AJ doesn’t understand the hints, she went to Moose. And in the end AJ & Moose were mad at each other. But later settled when Shane died and Brooke moved away to Germany.

Through the whole movie, we meet Shane. A great friend of AJ, who is like a brother with him. I was sad when he died…
