I had VERY high expectations for this, well, lemme rephrase, it was just very underwhelming, the story was there, but for something that was released in 2014, it was just lacking that DECENT CGI, and storytelling, the plot was also lackluster, the romance and actors were okay

The pacing is kinda fast. Lean, pulpy fantasy adventure. Story’s simple but moves well. Characters aren’t deep, but Bridges & Moore are entertaining. Flawed fun if expectations are low.
