It was a goofy movie for sure. I liked the comedy, I thought it was kind of funny. However, the plot was kind of sort of underwhelming to say the least. I wish there had been more action involved, but also, I understand why there wasn’t as much. It’s worth a watch in my opinion!

Will rewatch

First thing I looked up is if the dog dies and I am happy to report the dog doesn’t die. Once I knew the dog was ok I was able to watch and enjoy this movie. It’s a quirky action comedy. The cast is perfect and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this movie.

sam rockwell lowkey might be one of my all time favorite actors pound for pound, i don’t think i’ve ever seen him in a role and not absolutely fell in love with the character - the entire cast of this movie really shines and blends super well together, the way this story is structured is super cool and i love the story telling elements they use to introduce the characters - the action sequences are really interesting and the writing is very sharp and hilarious at times too - can’t believe i’d never heard of this movie before

Martin McDonagh’s approach to writing and directing is great

Great cast (tom waits!!! Christopher Walken!! And more). I think it’s a wildly underrated movie.
