Pretty good, engaging, humorous Shakespeare adaptation. Modern music & language. Romeo & Juliet kind of annoyed me though. But love the chemistry between Rosaline & Dario and love a good enemies to lovers moment. Ending after the credits is funny.

This is definitely my favourite Romeo & Juliet retelling. The modern language, the costumes and it was really funny so if you like rom-coms you should definitely give it a shot.

this movie is so fucking good down to the outfits. It’s so good. The fact that Romeo turned out to be as boring as I thought very gratifying. I love that Rosalyn was very very likable. I love that girl down. And I fuck with her dad heavy

Now for what I actually want to talk about. Dario is so fucking bad. I need that in me right now. The boat scene when he was shirtless and Rosalyn was obviously distracted and him teasing her. Are you fucking kidding me? I need that so bad he ate that so bad. him explaining what love is but just talking about her, need that. him accepting that she’s afraid of fish. need that.

Down to his disgustingly, beautiful body, I need that. I hate a British accent, but I love his voice. Gorgeous eyes. I’m not a person who really pays attention to body hair but GORGOUS.

I LIKE HIS ACCEPTANCE THAT SHE IS A VERY DIFFICULT PERSON TO DEAL WITH CAUSE ME TOO LIKE HELLO. It’s literally so adorable. I don’t care. I need that man so bad if I can’t have him, I fear I may never breathe again.

I’m pretty sure he was in reign. He was bad as balls and that too.

I love this so much like shut up. He’s so fine first of all. The story is so good. The enemies to lovers had me dead. It’s so funny. It’s so good like shut up. I will not stop. It is such a good movie. For the love of god please watch this movie. I am telling you, please.

I only like Dario. Everyone else is a horrible person, for the most part. I didn’t hate it, but would watch it again or anything. Wasn’t the worst, but I’d pass if someone asked me to watch it with them again.

this was… fine 😂 I really liked the take on Romeo and Juliet, and the ending is the best part! I felt they missed the mark on Rosaline as a feminist, ahead-of-her-time gal, and her romance arc was a bit underdeveloped. But overall, an ok movie lol

THE BEST romeo & juliet retelling i’ve ever seen oh my god!! funny, entertaining, & wonderful. rosaline is a great main character & so relatable. & SEAN TEALE!! i didn’t know he was in this but thank god bc wow i love him. overall this is a wonderfully modern twist on this tale!!

really fun shakespeare reimagining; i love the awkward boat ride at the end; everyone was so uncharitable to this and for what?!

I didn’t expect much, but I loved it! It is silly, sarcastic, and the humor is good! I rarely feel like giggling and kicking my feet but this movie!
It is how a rom com should be! Fun, easy, entertaining and romantic!
