Rocky V

Best part of this movie is when Rocky beats the hell out of Tommy’s ass

A great end to the series. The drama’s pretty on point —keeping focus on the family and Rocky and his son was great— the story was good, and the antagonists were too. Duke is slimy and Tommy’s fall makes it all the more satisfying when he’s beat in the street by Rocky.

It may be compromised, but what it's trying to do is worthwhile enough to appreciate the effort. Because if its reputation, Rocky V is now the ultimate underdog of the underdog series.

The film has some good family dynamics and some pretty great performances by the actors and some decent character development, but the movie lacked a lot of what the other films had, great engagement and directorial visions. It copied and pasted a lot of the originals. 7.9/10!!!!
