A Melodramatic Biopic that panders to its base while inefficiently and artificially shielding what our 40th President stood for.

This was phenomenal for a presidential biopic and Dennis Quaid exceeded expectations in this role. It is a bit monotonous, but you have to expect that going in. Shows how great Reagan was at communicating with charm. I didn’t know how sad his battle with Altzheimers was. 7.9/10

Honestly rly enjoyed this movie. I understand the acting wasn’t great but I thought his story was well told. Slower start but definitely picks up. Highly recommend, it’s a great way to learn about one of the greatest American leaders ever.

Really liked it, almost cried. It’s a cheesy propaganda movie and I ate it up.

9/10 becomes President, then 8yrs later the wall comes down and the Cold War ends - Wow. Well acted and presented. Provide the ups and downs of history and how we seem to continue to repeat it (we seem to learn the hard way, if at all). Recommend.

I didn’t really know anything about Reagan going in to it, so it had some interesting bits. But it was way too long. That last hour was extremely drawn out.

7.6/10 - Would’ve liked to see some more depth than just the good stuff. I wanted to see more behind the curtain.

Really good movie. I liked the positivity and overcoming nature of it. Dennis Quaid looked so much like Reagan.

I enjoyed this movie. I liked seeing him during his acting years all the way up to his death and learning why he was the way he was.

It was very good from a historical sence, but a bit boring and underwhelming from a cinematic sense
