this felt so meh. actually the worst from the franchise.
after watching prey this shit doesn’t even feel right.
it felt so hollywood idk what. storytelling, cgi, dialogue was all just so shallow. wasn’t really interested tbh. kinda corny too, the only thing i liked was the samurai fight against the predator. literally everything was terrible besides that.
idk if the budget was small but it just felt lowkey like a student film idk. nvrm it was 40mil. what a flop.
also what the fuck is trouble maker studios? lmfao
the cherry on top was cutting straight to brodi with his shirt off and mud all over, like a wanna be arnold from 1987 smh. like bro, you’re not him.
nothing compares to prey & the original with arnold tbh.

Finally, back to the jungle, back to our roots the way god intended! As a gay guy who loves space & sci-fi related stuff i now want to be referred to, as Stans put it, “Space F*ggot”. Also i hate to say it but Adrian Brody was looking kinda good in this. Mainly towards the end 💪🏽😛

Honestly, it’s way better than the second one. It’s still not great but I’d watch it again.
Acting is a little rough. Script isn’t very polished. The whole setting tho is great. Visuals aren’t too bad either. Some really annoying characters tho.

This comes up so often in my reviews that I’m going to start doing a paper bag pass/fail system. If a cast of characters has any character darker than a paper bag, and they die before at least 2 characters lighter than a paper bag? FAIL. If there’s no darkskin characters? FAIL.

A clever reinvention, fighting multiple predators, including the larger Super Predators subspecies. The alien game preserve setting adds depth to the lore, & the action sequences are tense. While the characters could’ve been fleshed out more, it’s a strong entry.

I enjoyed this movie a lot. I love the concept of two different breeds of Predators (and a blood feud). To see individuals kidnapped and hunted was a great concept. This is what I expect and want from a predator movie.

Action movie IMPOSSIBLE challenge: try not to add a female character to fulfill some role of love interest for the male main character
So tired of every action movie doing this shit
Not to mention you added a strong woman who is on that island with other “strong” men and then you make her into a damsel because she was “too trustworthy” of a completely suspicious character
It’s so freaking dumb it’s aggravating
Overall still probably better than the OG predator movies plot wise but still too long and unexplained (okay maybe not better than predator)

esse filme é uma merda, uma merda mesmo, é um desrespeito aos predadores, o protagonista(que carinhosamente chamo ele de O fodão) sabe TUDO,(o que não faz sentido nenhum) o plot é óbvio, as lutas não empolgam, e os predadores são buxas. sinceramente não dá pra tirar nada de bom.

I liked the attempt to go back to its Predator roots, but ultimately this film in the franchise was very underwhelming and dragged a bit. I think it works better when there is just one Predator.
