It’s great black cinema!! Love Tupac and Janet!!! It’s just not high in my list of black cinema 🤷🏾‍♀️ so many more great movies!! But this is a must watch for sure

This was a good movie. It entertained me certainly and even tho I’m not rly into such movie genre, this movie was a well exception. It’s a well directed movie that kept my attention. Even tho I expected a bad ending tho, would watch again :)

Janet Jackson and Tupac Shakur are magnetic. Watching their slow-burn romance unfold against a raw, road-trip backdrop is pure '90s magic. It's a soulful meditation on grief and healing, anchored by the legendary words of Maya Angelou. A true cultural touchstone

this movie lowkey messy, but it’s got enough cute moments to balance it out. I listen to his music but never saw Tupac in a movie so i liked that as well. A black classic and a nice soundtrack too. 10/10
