It has a gut punch ending and a decent ominous buildup. Watching the sadistic actions get worse and worse was effective. However this movie needed to either be purely a look into the true crime case, or use fiction to discuss juvenile violence. Doing both was a mistake.

More drama than horror

it was just really slow, i sorta get that we were watching them decent into more sadistic actions and the ending was horrible but it had like no plot idk

I’ve seen plenty of “disturbing” movies, but that ending was HARD to watch.
