Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension Reviews

Tbh, for a finale to a franchise (at least the main timeline), this was so disappointing. Being able to “see the activity” genuinely made this 10x less scary and 50x more annoying when characters actively see impossible terrifying demon bs, and don’t act accordingly whatsoever.

Not as good as the others wasnt a fan of the new camera

It was good, not as good as some of the others in the series but still pretty decent. It did get me good some times but it did feel kinda rushed and a little disappointing for what was supposed to be the conclusion of the series.

Ghost movies always follow this evolution where they aren’t even a haunting anymore just insane shit happening

Rated: 4.4/10 ⭐️

I wanted to see how they wrapped up the Tobi storyline. I dislike this; showing the actual demon ruins the unseen mystery that made the franchise work for me.

What Worked:
• The retro spirit camera is a cool idea for a fresh, glitchy look.
• Tying the 1988 VHS tapes to the present brought fun lore connections.
• The time-traveling portal in the bedroom was a wild twist I kinda dug.

The Friction:
• A physical CGI body for Tobi stripped away the invisible dread I loved.
• The pacing felt rushed, tossing slow-burn tension for goofy 3D jump scares.
• The messy, chaotic ending honestly left me bored instead of scared.

Verdict:
I dislike this. Watch to wrap up the lore. Skip if heavy CGI ruins found-footage vibes.

Absolutely not! Too much CGI used and it throws off the horror.
The scare is in what we aren’t able to see; what sneaks up on us; what remains unknown…
This was not it

⭐️⭐️

my second favorite i think, a very wild ride

hated seeing the demon, bad acting/script, very different than the other movies in a not so good way. ending was bad to say the least. horror movies just have to be over the top and overstimulating now i guess… doesn’t have the same creepiness whatsoever.

so unbelievably stupid along with the rest of the films in this crappy franchise. it lacks character. probably the worst found footage film ever. also super dumb parents.

cant believe they ended it like this bro

This so kids want to this goes and some happen

Love it

Terrible

Great movie! I didn’t like it as much as the others, some of the concepts felt a little too different from the ones before. But I loved the priest bit and the circle was so cool. Also loved the doorway, and the ending?? Oh my god! It put me off for a sec but I loved it! 8/10!
