This movie is sooooo fire. While I think it’s better than the first one, I really appreciate how it was able to make me enjoy the first one more. It worked really well as a prequel, had some serious scares, and really fun found footage segments. That dad though? One of the worst.

I literally went into this saying to myself please don't be like the first one with a diff cast, and it was exactly like the first one with a diff cast.

definitely definitely better than the first! although these movies are slow paced you don't find yourself bored at all!

7/10 it’s pretty a full step up from the first. More of the same gritty camera scenes and classic jump scares again. Even on rewatch it’s good
