Watched a while ago but I had to point out that this has a higher rotten tomato scored than citizen Kane. ;) βββββββββ

I've seen 3 of King's movies and I think I could easily spot his next. His style growls through the fantasy-fueled imagery like the train derailing emotion. It stays platformed by constantly reminding us that this cgi (marmalade-loving) bear just like any of us, feels empathy. I love how the casting went full British with prominent figures, like Hugh Grant who put his versatility on full display. Story-wise, it's a little all over the place, especially with the prison stuff, but the music, comedy and overall messages were bearilliant.

This was incredibly entertaining and surprised me at every turn. All of the actors committed, the story was very sweet and I laughed several times. Paddington 2 is one of those rare sequels thatβs better than its predecessor in nearly every way.

Boring af, i was distracted during the whole movie bc I didnβt find it interesting at all; also the bear looks really fake and it isnβt even a bear anymore, it looks more like a dog, my final thoughts are that the first movie its wayyy better
