Probably would’ve liked it way more if we didn’t get kicked out of the theater after getting in for free. First 27 minutes were promising tho.

6.8 - less horror than survival thriller, but it has a decent tension & a few well done kills. It’s shot beautifully & the sound design is excellent, really carrying 90% of the tension. It builds slow, but has a fantastic twist, that sadly comes just a little late. (Cont.⬇️)

I did not enjoy this movie. The cinematography is great but other than that it’s slow and not really a horror movie. More of a survival movie. The whole thing is substituted which doesn’t bother me but when it’s also a slow boring movie it’s rough to focus. Just couldn’t get into this movie.

if you like survival films then yes this is worth a watch but i unfortunately couldnt watch past 3/4 of the film, it dragged a bit out and was disappointed in the being/presence

63/100 not scary at all but a thriller.. my problem was with the clean shaving and clear furs for the tribe... and if they are starving.… why not fish?!?! they arrived across a sea!

The moment they found the carcass, I remember saying it’s either Neanderthals or other people. I like they went this direction, especially considering we did coexist with them & these events happening is totally feasible. Great score and sound design. A must watch film of 2024.

I guess the real monsters are the friends we made along the way.

It has an interesting premise that lacks any qualities. Gary or Geirr or whatever was the only one that felt sympathetic and everyone else was… ew.

Well the whole movie is in a made up language and the subtitles on the bootleg website were pretty shit. Seems like what Prey could have been except with one big difference. Overall pretty good, just personally prefer movies in English

I just feel like there are so many other ways to help a family than kidnap their son 😭 and the made up language was too much

I liked it! Artistic, beautifully shot. Some really cool transition scenes, the editing is top notch.

not what I expected at all. movie looked and sounded amazing. couple good jumps and gnarly kill in particular. dug it 👍
