Nomadland

I usually struggle to watch movies filmed like this one (slow, lots of silent walking and dialogue very much like a documentary), but it was done just perfectly enough to keep my attention, and is such a beautiful story.

Beautiful visuals and decent real story but it’s not for me, too long with too slow action and slightly boring. The story just didn’t click with me

i watched this on a plane and i don’t remember too much
i think that’s why i liked it tho bc it was minimalistic
and it was more of a character study and growth movie
i don’t remember the plot rlly
but i remember liking it and i think i cried

A story that questions freedom! how or perspectives are all different when it comes to way someone chooses to live. despite the realities of the economic situation.

Eine echt interessante Lebensgeschichte über ein modernes Nomadenleben in den USA. Vom Stil her könnte es schon beinahe als Dokumentation durchgehen. Slow Pace, aber tolle Charaktere. Die Bewertung fällt mir schwer, da ich kaum das Gefühl hatte wirklich einen Film gesehen zu haben

Watched this for my intro to film class.

This film was visually stunning.

The story was also daunting and the commentary on individualism was thought provoking.

I loved the use of Shakespeares sonnet when they were discussing marriage vows.
