Incredibly thought provoking and full of Miyazaki’s signature charm, this is quite possibly one of Ghibli’s very best films. I miss this type of art style. I don’t hear people talk about this one enough and that’s a damn shame. This was brilliant. 9/10

Nausicaa follows the Princess of the valley as she travels to save her valley and stop the toxic jungle from spreading. She must chose whether to fight or join other kingdoms to save her people.

My goodness, this might actually be in my top five movies I’ve watched this year. The animation was spectacular, and I absolutely loved the color gradients. Not to mention how heavy the story was, yet I could still fully appreciate just how beautiful everything looked.

Simply the greatest animation movie. incredible across the line. the sense of space is deeply compelling and the animation so enthralling you get completely lost in the world. I think of this movie every other day.

A masterpiece from the famous Ghibli Studio. An incredible movie set in a post-apocalyptic world with beautiful visuals and great music. I suggest watching it even if you don't like anime!

I love the animation and the style of story compared to ghiblis other projects it is on the weaker side but still an incredible movie.

Personal notes:) Airships must hold weight and never forget their pilot! Classic Miyazaki. The main character was smart and strong. beautiful scenery. I loved how small humans feel in the world they inhabit, especially with the natural impermanence theming. 🪾
