Incredibly thought provoking and full of Miyazaki’s signature charm, this is quite possibly one of Ghibli’s very best films. I miss this type of art style. I don’t hear people talk about this one enough and that’s a damn shame. This was brilliant. 9/10

Fifth film for my Miyazaki class

This is probably the best character design for characters I’ve seen so far in this class. The only issue I had with a characters design was Nausicaa’s in the beginning. The pants made it look like she was naked and i hated that color choice.

I personally wouldn’t have been able to survive in this world because i fucking hate bugs. Lowkey related to the main evil characters for wanting to get rid of them cuz same. Those John’s are huge.

This was a well written story with a well written script. Nausicaa is a great written character as well.

The score was so diverse and interesting. One moment I felt like i was in an arcade and the next i felt like i was in the Middle East.
