Got to see this early at SXSW and took me straight back to being a faithful Moviepass user and abusing the life out of that card. Some interesting revelations in this doc along with an inspirational story & product.

Well told business story about the rise and fall of movie pass. Lots of biz lessons here!

Very interesting documentary especially since I was a member of Movie Pass before anyone knew about it and when it crashed. Lots of information I never knew!

Another story of greedy executives pushing a business model that would never work… Uncanny to see the clips of them on tv lying about being close to profitable when they know it’s not true.

The original founders are legends though, hope they get even more of a boost from this doc!

This was a really interesting documentary on the rise and fall of moviepass. The story was intriguing because I never really knew what happened to moviepass, and the story is well told and in depth. The ending was pretty crazy, finding out what the CEO did and how he is doing now as a result. Overall this was a pretty interesting documentary but could have had a little more oomph. A solid 7/10

I never knew there was this much drama involved with MoviePass. I had completely forgotten about them until this doc.

Bring your popcorn to this Documentary for insight into the game-changing service created for moviegoers and its tragic mishandling by corporate conmen.

Old, greedy, selfish, narcissistic, trashy, white men back again to save the day. Fuck them.

Fascinating story that I really only knew a spall part of.

When moviepass first emerged I knew it wouldn’t work. 10$ go as much as you wanted. Money would be lost like crazy and it did. I’m glad the original creator got it back. I’ve yet to try the new version. Crazy what goes on behind the scenes.
