Louis Theroux: Inside the Manosphere is a genuinely unsettling watch. What makes it so powerful is not just the individuals featured, but the wider picture it paints of how deeply toxic masculinity has spread online. Seeing the world through that lens is frightening, especially how insecurity, anger, and misogyny are repackaged as confidence, success, and “truth” for vulnerable men. Louis handles it in that calm, observational way he does so well, which almost makes it more disturbing. It’s compelling, timely, and honestly quite scary in what it reveals about the current epidemic of male grievance and influence online.

Honestly not long enough

This was a very disturbing watch. I never know how to rate these documentaries — I’m disgusted by the devastating reality on screen, but I also think something this important deserved to go further than it did. It was valuable to hear about how they grew up because it gave the audience an insight into why these men are the way they are; however, it doesn’t rationalize their behaviour and ideologies AT ALL. It’s hard to help someone who doesn’t want help, and it’s even harder to help someone who sees nothing wrong with themselves.

Very good - should be mandatory viewing for most people, especially with kids. Crazy how these guys can sell their traumas online as if it’s a lifestyle everyone should aim for.. people are getting dumber and dumber.

Very distrusting seeing what is happening with men all over the world

This is such a frustrating documentary, but it’s supposed to be. The fact that it’s acceptable for guys to behave this way is wild. The fact that so many young boys look up to these men as their heroes and idols is just insane.

It’s hard to explain how I feel about this documentary. The topic was so important to discuss and it was put together well but I do wish it went a little bit more into the life’s of the people the manosphere affects. I also think the men in it are extremely uneducated assholes.

this doc is good, but it's also incredibly important. this manosphere culture is expanding rapidly and is leaving nothing but destruction and victims in its wake all to benefit the egos and wallets of these losers. expose them.

Great documentary. Relatable. I saw someone leave a review like nothing new learned here same thing and that’s why it was disliked. But I don’t think an unbiased interview has really been done by this. No agenda was pushed they showed themselves up

Very interesting thought piece, but very frustrating because there is no discussions with people like that as so many do not see their own hypocrisy and do not see they are just little pawns as well.
