good pacing, and interesting concept and story

It’s a strange but interesting mix of noir & supernatural horror. Feels like a classic private detective, except instead of dealing with mobsters & cheating spouses, he keeps stumbling into real magic & occult nightmares.

wierd little cosmic horror with Clive Barker all over it.

Perhaps dated by today’s standards, but it scratches a very particular itch of atmospheric horror / noir

Highly underrated Clive Barker horror noir film.
Scott Bakula is great as private detective Harry D’Amour. Famke Janssen is pretty good as the love interest/damsel in distress, but the standout is Daniel Von Bargen as the cult leader, Nix.👍🏻👍🏻
